Allison is a passionate integrative nutrition health and transformation coach from Atlanta, GA. She received her Bachelors Degree from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, and travelled west to set down roots in sunny LA. It was there that Allison realized her heart’s desire was to help people heal themselves, mind, body, and spirit. She received her health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied with the world’s top health and wellness experts including Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hymen, Dr. Susan Bloom, and Geneen Roth. While Allison believes that nutrition is a critical component of good health, what really makes her come alive is helping clients break free of detrimental habits, cycles of shame, abuse, and addictions. Allison firmly believes that everyone has within them the power to heal themselves. Her job is merely to empower you to reconnect to that power, and to be your advocate and guide. As a child abuse survivor and former addict, Allison knows firsthand the miraculous power of the human spirit, and she would be honored to guide you through your healing. Allison now lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, son, and three dogs!
