As a former self-saboteur, I know what it’s like to be out of reach from the life you truly desire. Whether I wanted to attract more money, love, or improve my health, something kept stopping me from taking the necessary steps to achieve my goals. This all changed the day I discovered self sabotage coaching with Jason. When I learnt about the power of the subconscious mind and the truth behind certain agendas, I learnt how we are all programmed for failure through repetitive media in the system, fuelling addictions such as alcohol, caffeine, smoking and junk food.
