I’m a recovering federal public servant of 17 years in the HR profession with a degree in Psychology and a lifelong passion to help others.
Over the past 4 years, I have been on a path of awakening, self discovery and growth. Focusing on nutrition, physical health, mindset and overall well-being, I’ve successfully shed 60lbs and proud to say I’m the healthiest I’ve been in my life.
Through my health journey, I gained mental clarity and discovered that as a society, we are set up to fail through the repetitive content and mind control that we are exposed to in our daily lives. Self-saboging behaviours are common place and normalized as we seek safety and security within our tribe. My own self-abusive patterns, included negative self-talk, people-pleasing, binge-drinking, watching tv, mainstream news and stuffing my feelings with food.
What I’ve come to learn is that we have ultimate control over our minds and bodies! How empowering is that?! We can override the system and obtain lasting and profound changes, ultimately changing the trajectory of our lives. We can reprogram ourselves with the same techniques used against us to empower ourselves and live a truly successful and abundant life!
