Before I started my training as a coach, I was unmotivated and had no real drive during my everyday routine.
I knew I wanted more out of life; to be in better shape; to be a higher performing individual, but I just didn’t understand why I couldn’t complete the steps. Something was stopping me from starting.
When I learned how the subconscious mind worked and how to reprogram it, the world opened up. I began to think more about what I wanted and the steps I needed to put in place to achieve that.
Now everyday I’m completing steps to achieve my dreams instead of just going through the motions. This is what I teach. You too can have the life you want.
