Having gone through the public school system, I noticed how my peers blindly turned to alcohol and a partying-lifestyle in an attempt to fit in with the crowd, make friends, and avoid any problems in their own lives. Disturbed by the destructive effects that this kind of lifestyle comes with, I began educating myself on how to live a healthier, more fulfilling life in order to have genuine happiness in my own life, and, in turn, being able to help others do the same.
