For as long as I can remember, I have always been a seeker of truth and fascinated by the unexplained and the unknown. Unfortunately, what I did not know and was unaware of would come back to haunt me. For decades, I was not fully aware that I was self sabotaging and did not know why I was not getting the results that I really wanted in life. The truth was that my self-esteem was very low for a large portion of my life, and deep down, I did not believe that I truly deserved the good things in life. As someone that was an expert level self-saboteur, I know what it takes to reprogram self-defeating beliefs and it is my intention to assist others on their own healing journey towards truth, self-love and true freedom. The knowledge of how I was my own worst enemy and the process to change that has been life changing. Coincidentally, this knowledge has led to me realizing that my mission was to become a freedom from self-sabotage coach. As having been a single parent of a special needs child and a survivor of Narcissistic Personality Disorder Abuse, I understand how life can be a struggle.
My lifelong passion for truth and discovery has brought me to much deep learning, which includes becoming a Christoff Certified Self-Sabotage Coach. As a professional with a background in the Medical field and have seen firsthand how the mind influences the body. It is truly an honor to add this to already being certified in Neurolinguistic Programming and Rapid Transformational Therapy/Hypnotherapy. Back in 2004, I became certified in Reiki healing. I am also a certified practitioner by Young Living Essential Oils in Applied Vitaflex, Healing Oils of the Bible, Raindrop Technique, Emotional Trauma Release and Essential Oils Chemistry. With an enthusiasm for holistic wellness which utilizes ancient healing modalities and essential oils to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
