I’m Lace, Certified Self Sabotage and Holistic Health Coach. You’re reading this because you are ready to make powerful, lasting change to your life and I am so happy you are here. Let’s get acquainted so you can decide if I am the right coach for you.
My right of passage to stable weight, health, awakening and living purposefully has been nothing short of life changing. My demons manifested as a string of toxic relationships, binge eating, yo yo dieting, warped self image, excessive alcohol consumption and enough prescription meds to take out a small tribe! All this left me feeling confused, broken and full of self loathing. I’d ask myself what the point in living was. I just couldn’t understand why I was hurting so much. There were times when taking my own life became a very attractive idea and I almost succeeded – twice.
Following a serious car accident, I awakened with a new perspective. This third brush with death had shifted something within me. I knew my life had purpose. Wheelchair bound, I relearned to walk and was determined to be better. Delving into holistic health lead me to do much inner work and self development. My love for myself grew, I addressed (and continue to address) my own self sabotage and stepped into my true adult power. I forgave myself for my messy past and decided to make something of my life, assist others to rise up and in doing so, create a legacy.
You see, we can all make a conscious choice to change our lives for the better at any given time. It is NEVER too late. We are not broken. Each of us has the power to change our inner dialogue and manifest the life we desire. And when we do this we attract more of the same whilst transferring this positive vibration to all those we have contact with. When we let go of the past, embrace the now and tap into our innate ability to heal the result is a joyful, fulfilled, abundant life. Of which, we are all worthy and deserving.
