I grew up with a narcissistic mother and spent many years in a failure-to-thrive pattern. In my early adulthood, I used alcohol to numb myself, then stopped and began searching for answers through spirituality, psychology, and deep self-inquiry. I needed to understand why I felt the way I did and how people can witness harm, dysfunction, and unfulfilling systems and simply accept them. That questioning led me to study psychology at university, where the only material on the subconscious mind focused on Freud, and Maslow never fully explained why capable people avoid “doing better.” Jason Christoff’s work finally connected the missing pieces by clearly exposing the subconscious mind and how it works. Today,
I help people identify subconscious self-sabotage patterns—especially those who feel unfixable —so they can step into a more sovereign, strong version of themselves. Through the FFSS questionnaire and the two-step coaching process, clients gain clarity around what has been quietly holding them back and begin aligning with their next direction in life.
