As a Freedom From Self-Sabotage Coach, Holistic Biologist, business consultant and podcast host, I help clients uncover the subconscious programming, emotional patterns and protective behaviours that are influencing their decisions, habits and results.

For more than two decades, I have studied health, behaviour, mindset and performance. Whether working with people or their animals, I noticed the same thing repeatedly: the challenge was rarely a lack of knowledge. More often, it was a pattern. A pattern of thinking. A pattern of behaviour. A pattern of stress, conditioning, habits or beliefs continually influencing outcomes behind the scenes.

What makes my work different is that I don’t just study human behaviour. I have spent many years working with both people and animals. Animals don’t hide behind stories, excuses, social conditioning or overthinking. They reveal patterns quickly and honestly. This has given me a unique perspective on communication, behaviour, resilience and the unconscious drivers that often keep people trapped in cycles they cannot see for themselves.

My understanding of behaviour extends far beyond coaching. Before building successful businesses in the health and wellbeing sector, I spent more than 20 years working in senior management, consultancy and project leadership roles across telecommunications, environmental services, information technology, property development and international projects. I understand first-hand the realities of leadership, business ownership, performance pressure, accountability and navigating change.

Today I help clients identify what’s really keeping them stuck, strengthen self-awareness, improve decision-making, build confidence, develop healthier habits, increase resilience and finally follow through on the life, business, health and relationships they want.
