Hi, I’m Nikolett Kovacs, a certified Freedom From Self-Sabotage coach with a passion for helping women step into their full potential and live with greater clarity, confidence, and joy.
My journey into coaching grew from my own experiences with self-sabotage and personal transformation, and the deep insights I gained along the way. I blend compassionate support with practical tools to help my clients break free from limiting patterns so they can create meaningful change in their lives.
I specialize in women’s health, spiritual growth, holistic wellbeing, and goal setting, guiding women through both internal and external shifts that lead to sustainable growth. Whether you’re navigating emotional blocks, evolving your identity, or striving for balance and purpose, I’m here to support you with clarity and presence.
I’m based in the Eindhoven area of The Netherlands and work in person in Weert as well as online, making it easy to connect no matter where you are. I also travel frequently around Europe, so in-person sessions and meet-ups are often possible.
I practice coaching in English, Hungarian, and Dutch, and I love working with diverse, open-hearted individuals who are ready to step into their next evolution.
