My name is Jane Boyle, and I am a mum of 3 boys (7,5,3 yrs old). I live in Regional Australia with my partner and boys. I have my own essential oil business through doTERRA essential oils. I have also studied herbal medicine and naturopathy.
I am very interested in educating and empowering people to understand that they have the ability to take charge of their own health, and to heal using nature.
I was not always into health and wellness, and lived quite the opposite life in my early twenties, abusing drugs and alcohol. After suffering with chronic anxiety, and take anti anxiety medication which made me suicidal, I knew I had to find another way out and change my life.
I believe we can all heal and change our lives, when we take 100% responsibility for them. I’m looking forward to diving deeper into self sabotage, as I’m still on a journey of over coming my own.
