Hey, my name is Laura Wells I am 38 and I was born and raised in Suffolk, east of England. In July 2021 my husband and I decided we desperately wanted a change, so we decided to sell our home and all contents, quit our jobs of 20-25 years and move to Mexico for a year, something in our gut said go for it and we tuned in and went for it.
I reached out to Jason to go on my self-sabotage journey because although I was living a relatively healthy life, a healthy diet, getting to bed on time and exercising something was amiss, I was very self-conscious, and had lack of belief in myself and would always sabotage my making money efforts and could never quite get to where I wanted to be. Going through the process was a game changer, it was a simple process, and I knew that everyone should have this knowledge to thrive and live the life they truly desire.
I am a very passionate person, I want to help people achieve their goals weather that be in health, love or wealth, its all achievable with the right coach behind you. Having been a hairdresser for 20 years prior to becoming a coach I am very good at listening and tuning into what people need.
